2008 Investors In People Awards
It is a well known fact that in order to keep your customers happy in any organisation, staff need to be kept happy too. The International Investors in People (IIP) Awards recognises the efforts made by organisations who achieve just that; success through the people who work for them. Now, for the fourth time running, Bayford and Co Ltd has once again been awarded with the IIP title.
Being a service-based business, Bayford appreciates that the most important asset of their company is their people. First awarded in 1999, Bayford’s positive IIP assessment has become evident in the commitment to their staff. With numerous members of staff having undergone interviews, it is obvious that Bayford not only offers support to their employees as a whole, but also their development as individuals. All of which has contributed to Bayford’s continuous and deserving appearance in the IIP Awards. And with a further several brands under the Bayford name, it has and always will remain part of their ethos to provide their employees with a positive working environment, giving them the recognition, respect and opportunities that they deserve.
Coordinated once again by Bayford’s Head of Human Resources, Lorraine Lowe, Bayford & Co Ltd can boast their spot in the Investors in People Award for the next three years to come.
Chief Executive, Jonathan Turner commented “Being awarded with the Investors in People Award for the fourth time running is a great achievement for Bayford and the whole of our team. Our people have always played a big part in our success and accreditation like this means we will keep bringing in the best people to drive the business forward.”
