Meet the Team

The personal touch is very important to us here at Bayford. We thought you might like to know a bit more about the people you speak to when you call us.

Andrea Wardle

Andrea has been with Bayford for nearly 13 years and took on the role as Business Manager in 2000. Andrea’s love is her dog, Deacon (Deeks!!), which is a Siberian Husky. Andrea also loves eating out, holidays abroad, reading Harry Potter books and watching action films.

Cathy Roberts

Cathy has also been at Bayford for a long time - nearly reaching her 19th year based in North Wales. Cathy is married to Med and lives in a beautiful cottage in the country tending to her gardens and baby livestock. Cathy also loves jetting off on city breaks and dreams of retiring with a lottery win.

Sue Morgan

Sue has been with us for more than 10 years and works as our Business Developer. Sue loves nothing more than hot sunshine, cool pools and a cocktail or two with not a cloud in sight. Sue has two children, Kelly and Russell, and her partner Ady to keep her out of mischief.

Bethan Hatenboer

Bethan has been with Bayford for just over a year. She looks after our administration side of the business in invoicing, stock control and Signalman sales. She also has a full time role of being mum to her beautiful baby boy, Rhys aged one. Bethan is popular with her colleagues and loves socialising on our team nights out.

Christopher Lees

Chris works as a Business Developer for Bayford and joined us in October 2005. His interests outside of work include snowboarding, playing the guitar and partying. As well as taking your calls, Chris looks after the transport side of the North Wales operation. Chris is always at the hub of social gatherings and enjoys his time meeting up with the rest of the Bayford team in Yorkshire.

Ellen Dillnutt

Ellen joined the company in September 2006 and is the newest member of the team. She lives with her boyfriend Darren and her bearded dragon Delila Myfanwy, and her cats too. Ellen cannot be mistaken thanks to her Cockney accent, although she denies this, and her unmissable laugh.
